How do I take a shot?
Touch the ball, drag to choose your angle and power, then release. The dotted guide shows the beginning of the predicted route. A gentler shot can be more useful than a stronger one.
What changes from court to court?
Your route may include banks off walls, moving hoops, wind, springs, ice and boosters. Look at the whole court before you aim.
How do I unlock more courts?
Complete the current court to continue. Replay earlier courts to improve your stars, collect coins and work toward achievements.
What can I spend coins on?
Earned coins unlock ball designs, permanent upgrades and shot boosts. Ball designs change the look of your ball. Read each upgrade or boost description before choosing it.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The courts and your saved progress are available on your device. Sharing a result through another app may require that app to connect to the internet.
Can I move progress to another device?
There is no in-game account or cloud-sync service. Keep the app installed to preserve its local progress; any device backup or restore is controlled by your operating system.

Levels, unlocks and settings are saved locally. There is no in-game account or cross-device cloud sync.
Use the game’s Settings to manage sound, music, haptics and reminders. Resetting progress removes your saved game after confirmation. Removing the app can also remove its data.
If you are troubleshooting, try restarting first. A progress reset should be a deliberate choice.

I cannot hear the game.
Check the separate sound and music switches in Settings. Check your device volume and silent mode, and whether audio is playing through headphones or another connected device.
I stopped receiving reminders.
Check the reminder switch inside the game and the app’s notification permission in iOS Settings. Reminders are optional and are scheduled on your device.
The game or controls seem stuck.
Pause and resume, or close and reopen the app. For a recurring problem, include the level or mission, your iPhone model and iOS version in your support message. Avoid resetting progress as a first troubleshooting step.
How do I share my result?
Open the result card preview and use the system share sheet. You choose the destination. Sharing through another app follows that app’s privacy practices.
